Fun Fact
This beautiful canvas painting is an original backdrop from the Twin Cities Scenic Company Inc. Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The Theater company ran from 1895 to 1979. It burned down in 1980.
It’s a huge 10 feet by 14 feet hand painted garden scene. Last known artist to paint these stunning pieces was in 1941.
South Glen Farm is fortunate enough to have this gorgeous backdrop.
Fun Fact
Sherry grew up in South Dakota. She spent many days at her grandparents farm running wild with a pack of cousins. Now she gets to run wild on her own little farm.
She has milked a cow, fed the chickens and pigs, took lunch out to the field for grandpa and rode horses bareback. Her grandparents did it all!
Her farm today would be considered a “gentlemans farm”…no livestock, just a cat and dog.
Either way, farm life is the best life!

Years ago, before the concept of South Glen Farm was ever thought of, Sherry helped her sister Shelley as a wedding coordinator. Shelleys business was called The Glass Slipper. They had the best times helping brides & grooms create beautiful weddings, all on a budget!
